Conference Registration Instructions

Conference Online Registration (Purchase Orders Accepted)

  1. Submit requisition form to district office with requisition number generated by site secretary.

  2. Wait approximately one week for requisition processing and superintendent approval.

  3. Receive your Purchase Order through inter-district mail and register online for your conference.

Conference Registration Mail/Fax (Purchase Orders Accepted)

  1. Complete your requisition form with requisition number generated by site secretary.

  2. Attach COMPLETED registration form to requisition

  3. Submit requisition with all conference related attachments (including registration form) to district office.

  4. Await purchase order with “faxed” or “mailed” stamp confirming registration.

Conference Registration (No Purchase Orders Accepted)

  1. Confirm that you have at least two months before payment deadline to assure that the company/organization receives timely payment.

  2. Complete requisition form with requisition number generated by site secretary.

  3. Attach COMPLETED registration form to requisition.

  4. Submit to district office.

  5. Payment will be mailed out by accounts payable after board approval.
